I take Lactoferrin because it has antiviral and antibacterial properties and also because it helps the body to transport and absorb iron. I learnt that’s this supplement has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.🤞It seems it helps:: so far so good.

I tolerated them well with no tummy issues. I haven't been sick ever since I started taking this supliment alongside vitamin d and beta glucan.

Not very bioavailable like heme iron is. I tried them for my vegan diet when I noticed some health problems and this was recommended by a friend. No more veganism here, prefer to be healthy, sorry

I read about lactoferring online and it said derived from milk but doesn't contain the protein or lactose so I was thinking I'll give it a try. But since your product says contain milk, I can't have it as I am lactose intolerant
