Recently bought this Avon Planet Spa Sleep Pillow Mist, because I wanted something simple to make bedtime feel a little more relaxing. Some nights my brain likes to behave like it is hosting a late night talk show the second my head hits the pillow, so I was hoping a calming lavender spray might help set the mood for sleep. I have to say, it has become a really nice little part of my evening routine. A few sprays on the pillow and bedding, and the whole space feels softer, calmer, and a lot less like the place where I lie awake, trying to fall asleep. The scent is what really makes it work for me. The lavender smells relaxing and clean without being too strong or overly perfume-like. It has that comforting kind of aroma that helps the room feel peaceful, not like someone attacked the bed with a bottle of air freshener. I like using it right before getting in bed, especially after a long day when I want some kind of signal to my body that we are done now, the overthinking office is closed. I have used this for years. Every time I change my bed I spray the pillows and the sheets with it. Smell amazing and it's meant to promote a good sleep.

The fragrance was ok not a true lavender smell but still helped with relaxing and sleep Good value for money and good size I used it every night and it lasted 1 month I would buy it again

I bought 2 of these and they are brilliant. Bigger bottle than I expected and they smell great. The smell doesn't last very long but it's good value for money since they were cheap and the bottle content lasted ages.

I have re bought this spray countless times and it is still just as good. It is not too strong and not too weak, and I always reach for it. Not too strong of lavender, it’s a lovely blend that I’ve not found replicated in other brands.

Good sleeping aid for those with sleeping issues. This works but is subjective from one person to the next but no harm trying a small bottle to see if it works for YOU. Value money for the trio pack. Best applied between 15-30mins before bedtime, spray around the pillow and edge of blanket/bed sheet.

The label and title both say lavender and chamomile essential oils but there is zero essential oil in the ingredient list. It’s artificially scented. Smell is ok but not what I wanted at all
