Birkenstock Madrid Mules/Clogs Women Silver Mules Shoes

Among the best Birkenstock -- and they're all better than most shoes. For me it's the fit, the shape of the insole, and the look that stand out. Like no other shoe this one makes me stand up straight from the heel up, taking pressure of my slightly wonky hips & pelvis, scoliosis and stiff shoulders. Usually, "slim" and a size smaller than your usual size is perfect for normal feet. I find this design particularly "classy." Like a few other lines, the Madrid is cut to encourage your feet and lower legs to move & work more while just walking around, and this can take a bit getting used to (depending on what you're used to wear, this shoe can feel as if it slipped away from you as you walk for the first few days).

I originally had a pair of Birkenstocks bought for me for my birthday ( I have children with good taste!). Sadly, these were too big (my usual size 4). Unfortunately, the originall seller did not have a smaller size - that is when I saw these which were even better as they have the black sole so won't get as dirty as the white ones. I knew I wanted white ones but when I saw these I was delighted. They have a slight sheen to them - almost pearlised so out of the ordinary ! The size 3's were perfect! I do have a wide foot so was glad I didn't purchase the "n" fitting. The seller were very efficient and the parcel arrived the day after I ordered - can't grumble at that ! I can't wait for some good weather now so I can wear them!

I have wanted a pair of these for years and have always ended up with cheaper alternatives until I found these on amazon. I read so many reviews on the sizing etc. and was pretty confused as I usually take a size 4 English 37continental but my foot is not really narrow but I suppose you could call it slender so do I order narrow or regular. I eventually followed previous reviews advise and ordered a size 36R fully expecting to have to return them for a larger size. They arrived several days earlier than estimated and fit perfectly, they took a couple of days to settle in and are so comfortable, they are definitely not the only pair I will be buying.

Birks used to be made from stronger and better quality materials, chunkier soles, softer leather. It seems to me all the old dependable products are losing some of their edge, through cutting down on manufacturing costs. This sandal caused an abrasion on my foot, the leather is just a little too harsh, but I think a lot of walking will wear it in. Having said that, there is the usual quality of moulding, and design, and the feeling of luxury and pleasure walking in this sandals is unique, they still look class, and they fit well, just that the lesser quality leather needs softening through wear

As I expected, these pairs are a bit stiff in the beginning. However after couple of times, you feel your feet and back are supported by the way they designed these Sandals. Happy to spend a little bit more cash for my health.and I choose one size down based on the comments and am happy with it.

I love my Birkenstocks always buy size 36 perfect fit, was a little surprised to find these were a slim fit not quoted in the description, for me I was ok as I have a slim foot, but not for everyone I think it should be made more clear, but apart from that perfect and good service.

I really was sceptical about these, had given great thought into this purchase and am so disappointed i haven't made this purchase sooner! I absolutely love these sandals and am considering another pair in a different colour! I walk A LOT, with school runs and work etc, they are comfy, stay on my feet, they're secure, they don't rub and can walk fast too! So so pleased with them, most definitely recommend!

I had a pair of Arizona many years ago and decided to get this type this time. They fit really well and definitely help my feet, I have been suffering with an upset toe joint and dacytilitis... makes walking much more comfortable

Belle qualité , comfortable . J’ai un 39 taille normale mais Birkenstock toujours 2 tailles en dessous . J’ai donc acheté la taille 37 .

... ich kann sehr gut darin laufen, auch den ganzen Tag ohne Probleme. Besonders in Pink. Die Sohlen machen auf hellen Böden schwarze Streifen.

Ein sehr günstiger Schuh und wirklich sehr sehr sehr gemütlich. Keine Fußschmerzen mehr durch platte Flip Flops, sondern gemütliche und perfekt passende Schuhe, die man gut verstellen kann. Die Farbe ist sehr natürlich und dennoch wirkt er modern. Ich habe noch ein anderes Modell und finde die Form Madrid viel angenehmer.
