I purchased this in July and gave it a negative review. Why?.... Because after receiving the massager i tried to plug it in. It did not work. I was very disappointed and started a return process and wrote the earlier review. But having to travel I could not follow through on the return and felt that I was stuck with a defective product. Later upon examining it i realised that it did not start when plugged in becasuse the plug was of poor quality and did not fit into a standard socket. I bought a good quality 5amp plug as well as some good quality electrical cord. Changed the plug and extended the cord. Cost me around Rs750/= Now I have an amazing massager that relaxes the painful muscle spasms that I get on my feet and legs. I have been using this for the last six months. Very happy with the product. I would suggest to the manufacturer to charge a bit more if required but provide a good quality plug as well as a longer cord for ease of use.

Simpler to use and very effective. The built quality is superb and works very well. After 10mins of use provides better relaxation. With multiple speed options it can be used for old person as well. The power and function is very good. No noise and battery is proper for daily use.
