This is potent! I have been taking lions mane mushroom powder for about 8 months and decided to try an extract. This was rhe strongest one that I found, and it is a brand I have bought before. The stats for the extract are impressive, and even ChatGPT was skeptical that it could be so potent! I have had to cut back to half a dose due to the stimulating effects this has. Lions Mane is supposed to support brain health and neuroplasticity, and this process boosts glutamate, something that I am a little sensitive to at this time. So it definitely is something that can be felt fairly quickly after starting, although it may be due to my history of taking the regular powder by another brand before this. So if you're looking for neuroplasticity so you can build good healthy habits more easily, this is a brain booster for sure! Start with a half dose if you've had sensitivity before. This is potent! Also, I check all supplements for lab testing, quality control, and manufacturing in GMP certified facilities.

A perfect supplement for focus but i would ask your doctor about meds and drink a lot of water while on it.

I've become a big fan of nootropic/mushy supplements and my noggin could definitely use some cognitive support these days. This particular product didn't seem to boost my brain in any noticable way. No negative impacts or reactions, which is a win, but not enough proof of efficacy for me to reorder and keep it in my regimen.
