Growing your own fruits, veggies and herbs can be an exciting prospect; however, my own personal experience seems to tell a different story. With me, no matter how many times I try, after just a couple of weeks gardening forgetfulness causes the unfortunate reality of dying plants. Thankfully there is now a solution designed to fit perfecting with my busy life and counter my terrible gardening habits: The grower. This modern device works miracles when it comes to easier and maintained growing, especially so within your house all year long! Setup was very easy- just put some seeds in the pods, fill the machine with water, add plant food (included), and turn it on. The machine does all the work of circulating plant food- enriched water and giving the plants 16 hours a day of healthy red light.

I'm super happy with this hydroponics kit! It's incredibly easy to start using, the packaging was really well put together, and it's very fast at growing plants. I planted lettuce two weeks ago and I'm already harvesting small leaves to snack on.

I purchased this cute machine in October 2024, however, I am still on the fence as to its reliability. I "planted" a basil plant, a cherry tomato plant, and a marigold to start. The marigold never germinated. The basil grew just fine until the plant tilted out of the water hole (even though it was supported by two poles) and snapped. I rescued the remaining basil stems and am now just growing them in a dish of water (pic #3). Though the cherry tomato plant appears healthy I fear losing the flower buds. First pic was taken 03-13-25, and second taken this morning 03-18-25. Fully watered, fed, and kept away from drafts yet buds are dropping off. Last issue I have is regarding the control buttons. Minor design flaws perhaps; however, the print of the button names needs to be darker, and the buttons could be located on the lower half of the machine. Being situated on top of the machine is extremely inconvenient for me to reach considering I have the machine placed in my kitchen on a stand away from snoopy kitties. Overall, the price is reasonable and trial and error is obvious (at least for me). Will update in a few months.

Super cute growing garden. Cant wait to start harvesting. Easy enough to get started. Within a week I had sprouts of basil and dill! Make sure you jam the nipple of the dirt cone into the holder securely, mine are poking out.

I recently bought this hydroponics growing system as a gift for my mom, and she has been thrilled with it. Compared to other hydroponic systems I've seen, the lighting system on this one is scientifically optimized with true color LEDs and an extra 20% of red light to maximize yield. The lamp casts a bit of a purplish shade, and it definitely works. Also, it’s very compact and fits on my counter-top without taking too much space. What's more, it doesn't require much work on our part - after just a week or so of being set up, the herbs started sprouting and growing by themselves. All we have to do is top up the water from time to time
