What is the mct and pectin made from?

Pectin is generally derived from apples. I have no idea about the medium chain triglycerides. This is the only formula that works for me.

I wish it did. I need to gain about 10-15 lbs to replace what I lost from my gall bladder surgery and it is going up very slowly. I wouldn't worry about weight gain.
