Hamilton Beach Custom Grind Electric Coffee Grinder For Up To 14 Cups

I haven't needed a bean grinder in quite a while, but I am using this daily now. Perfect grind every day with my mini-Mr Coffee drip maker. The unit can grind as much as you want with the variable grind setting. I have only used the drip maker setting but I am very pleased with the value and ease of use. It does make a bit of noise, which is to be expected but the auto shutoff is fantastic. The removable bowl empties easily with a tap of the heal of your hand to loosen any bits attached to the bowl. All in all, this is the grinder you want to own.

Haha! My favorite grinder at home. Say what you want, but fancy grinders belong to the coffee shop... If I buy my coffee not ground, it is for the freshness and if there is some unnoticeable change in flavor due to my grinder... so be it... can't beat the price on this one... it is consistent, I can set up how fine coffee grounds should be, it is automatic if I want it and cleaning is a breeze... removable grinder cup with blades, can rinse it under water and done. I bet none of the $100 grinders can be washed... I wonder how that affects the taste of the coffee...

We had a Hamilton Beach grinder for years, but the thin cover broke long ago. It recently quit working. We wanted another Hamilton Beach grinder to replace the good one we had. This is far superior to the old design. The cover is much sturdier. The machine is far quieter. It is also much better for controlling how small or large you want the grounds to be. We find we use far fewer coffee beans with this grinder because of the way we are able to grind them better, having more enhanced flavor and great control over the size of the grounds. Between saving money on coffee beans and the fact the price hasn’t gone up that much over the years, we are very pleased with the value, durability, and overall performance.

It is very easy to use and the coffee grounds come out perfect every time. It’s quieter than the previous grinder I had. It’s not messy and washed easily. I like the bowl comes out and is stainless steel. Makes it easy to pour and also to clean. It doesn’t take up much space on the counter either but can grind a lot of coffee beans.

It’s compact, quiet and grinds great. Some of the coffee does stick to the container but I keep a little brush and it comes right off. I love that there is no plastic other than the lid. Coffee doesn’t really touches it. Over all I like it!

Another well designed Hamilton Beach product. Sturdy, easy to use and simple to clean. The timed grind feature is a real convenience.

I really like this blade grinder..I have tried multiple burr grinders in the past and they are slow and noisy, and they only last a year or so before the motors burn out. (For example, I have gone through 2 Cuisinart burr grinders in 3 years.) Full disclosure: I like a fine grind for espresso with my Starbucks French Roast beans, and the burr grinders take a long time to grind a hopper full of beans. I also have a Krups mini blade grinder which has lasted about 10 years, but it only holds about a half cup of beans at a time. This Hamilton Beach holds about 2 cups of beans, has a large reservoir, has an auto setting, and is fast, inexpensive and fairly quiet, especially compared to burr grinders. Recommended.

Love this coffee grinder, perfect size, durable, consistency is perfect. Easy to clean. Love that it has several options for which type of coffee pot you are using.

Seemed like a good purchase but grinds are uneven. Almost a full bean was left intact.
