It’s easy to use and works exceptionally well. I rely on it to keep my gas and kamado grills clean during grilling season. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a loop for hanging on a hook.

I absolutely love this!!! I have posted about it on my social media accounts and told people about it! We used to use a traditional grill brush, which can be dangerous if the metal breaks off into the food and you ingest it. I love that this product uses steam to clean, is durable, has slots to be able to go in between the slots on the grill, has replaceable heads and can go in the dishwasher!!!! I have used it to clean my grill, flat top and smoker!! The only down side for me is that removing the head can be a little challenging since I have small hands.

Done a great job cleaning my grill grates. Did get dirty with black burnt on grease. Was easy to clean by spraying dawn powerwash on it ,let it stand for 15 mins. Put in dishwasher and it comes out pretty clean .

I really like this product as it is the best grill cleaner I have found for my grill grates. It is safe - no chemicals - just the power of water and steam. Makes cleaner my grates so much easier. I would rate full five star but one downside is if I try and use the scraper to get at the tougher stains the head almost always pops off. They make it so that you can easily purchase and replace the heads as needed which is great, but the heads do not stay attached well when you put any force down - really even any force. So, really I have just found that the scraper is useless to me but the good news is that it is not really needed in most cases because the steam takes care of most of the mess.

I just bought a new smoker and was excited to use something other than a wire brush to clean it. The Grill Rescue conceptually is great - the actual steam cleaning of it is great. However the way the head attaches to the brush is so incredible weak! While I was scrubbing the hot grill, the head detached and my forearm went straight onto the hot grill burning myself. And then the plastic backing on the head melted on the grill. This thing is absolute junk. I’m not one to usually write reviews, but for the safety of others, I had to share my experience.
