I've purchased JSAUX products in the past and they've served me well until I end up breaking them. I was very happy when I found out that they made this hybrid product because it would simplify things in my car. As soon as I started using the cable I noticed that the charging cable got really hot, really fast, but I decided to keep the product. In less than two month's the AUX portion stopped working. I contacted Amazon customer support and the representative explained that the product was outside the return window, to take it up with the seller. I was unable to contact the seller directly via any Amazon platform. The only thing I've gotten from the seller is marketing materials. I understand that product experiences can differ. This was my experience with this seller for this product.

Good soud on JBL wired earbuds. I can listen to a book without disturbing anyone and charge. I had another brand but there was squelch. This cord is great.

I wish I was able to use this product as a headphone jack adapter without always charging it at the same time, but when it's plugged in with no charger attached, the battery drains extremely fast. I would not have bought this product if I knew this would be the case. It also comes with a faint static sound when listening to things. EDIT: JSAUX contacted me promptly about my issue, I wasn't able to resolve the problem but they did refund me. It's possible that I ended up with a defective item or that my device just isn't compatible. 5 stars for the customer service, but removing 1 because the product wasn't what I was expecting.

Great for car without Bluetooth. Listen to music while charging phone and using GPS. Road trip necessity for older car. Much cheaper than new car. My 17 year old Honda works great with mt S25 Ultra 22 and 25 phones.

Well, let me tell you, this adapter was a game changer for our long car trip with my neurodivergent kiddo. I mean, have you ever tried to keep a child entertained for hours on end without being able to plug in their headphones? It's like trying to herd cats on a hot summer day. And to make matters worse, their phone case is basically glued onto their device (thanks, Amazon Prime) and they refuse to use those fancy, shmancy wireless headphones. But fear not, my friends, this adapter swooped in like a superhero and saved the day. Not only did it allow my child to use their beloved headphones, but it also kept the tunes rolling by charging their phone. Talk about a two-for-one deal. This adapter deserves a round of applause and maybe even a medal. Who's with me?

It's cumbersome to carry with me when I'm out of the house, where I'm most likely to need it for connecting wired earbuds to my phone with no jack included. I've tried, but it isn't practical to leave it attached to the phone. I've almost lost it at least twice from falling out of my shirt pocket! The second time I connected it to my phone and connected earbuds to listen to music, it didn't work. This was possibly the phone's fault. Restarting the phone corrected the problem. But the build of the adaptor seems decent enough and it's probably pretty durable. I'm not sure how it could be made better. The situation of more recent Android phones being made w/o earbud Jack's is my main gripe! The sound quality is fine. No doubt as good as if the phone had a built-in jack. I think it cost about $10.00. So, not too steep for correcting an issue Samsung caused by omitting such Jack's from phone's released, I guess, starting in about 2020. I'd just prefer not to have had to buy it. BTW, for anyone wondering, for earbuds with an inline mic for phone calls, yes, this adaptor facilitates the mic on those.
