And that's when I noticed the teeny, tiny black ON/OFF switch above the battery door. It was in the OFF position to save the batteries. Flip it to the ON position just before you sit down to read and your child will have a nice surprise at the end of the book as promised. Even has a little light up Christmas tree at the end.

Look for the ON/OFF switch to light up the tree!
Really cute holiday book. Encourages a little counting and language is simple enough for beginner readers. Colors are vivid and there are lots of animals your child is already familiar with. Bought this as a gift for my friend’s little boy. He loved this book. Little Blue Truck series is very cute. Positive messages. Playful images. Even has a little light up Christmas tree at the end.

Great Series. Great Holiday Book.
My kids love this series so we absolutely had to have the Christmas book. My favorite thing about this book is that the very last page has twinkling lights but they only work with light so make sure you have a light source when you read it. Highly recommend such a great book series for kids.

Perfect First Christmas Book
I got this for my daughter’s first Christmas and it’s become one of our favorites. The story is sweet and simple and the illustrations are beautiful. What makes it extra special is the twinkling lights at the end—she lights up every time we get to that page. It’s a great book to start a holiday tradition with and one we’ll be pulling out every December for years to come.

Book content is amazing; Lights don’t work
This book is a heavy one!! It has lights and a battery pack built into it. My toddler threw the book onto the floor and, sadly, the lights don’t work anymore. It is a great story about Little Blue and has helped my little buddy learn his numbers.

The Little Blue Truck series is great for toddlers. It takes them through a journey in a fun and easy to follow way. The text is written in a way they are able to recite after a few times of reading it

Love the book itself but non of the pages were glued together properly which to a one year old would be fun to rip apart.

An excellent book.
There are lots of Christmas books out there but this is the best one we've found for our son. It immediately became his favourite book and he especially loves the Christmas tree lights.

O livro é lindo! No entanto as folhas que devem ser cartonadas vieram abertas mau coladas, o que pode ocasionar em a criança rasgar com facilidade o que foge da proposta do livro por ser cartonado, no mais gostamos.

Notre coup de coeur ! J ai commandé plusieurs livres en anglais sur noël, celui ci est un vrai coup de coeur. L histoire est facile à comprendre pour des débutants et les illustrations sont superbes! J achèterai d autres histoires de la collection...
