I was worried that it would be too soft and squishy for mat stretches. But it is perfect. The foam is dense, supportive, and comfortable. Nice when on knees or lying on back. I personally prefer my traditional 5/8 in thick yoga mat for standing stretches. But I am glad I have both. The quality impresses me. Stitching seems durable. Excellent value for the price! Very satisfied. Convenient to store: folds flat or stands up on end when folded.

new folding mat we got! It's been an absolute hit and such a brilliant find for my energetic 6-year-old. We actually picked it up specifically to go underneath her gymnastics bar in the playroom. No odor is a plus for anything with the kids. It's been amazing for giving us peace of mind, knowing she's got a super soft and safe landing spot for all her cartwheels and tumbles. She can just play to her heart's content without us having to worry about any bumps! One of the best things about it is how incredibly easy it is to fold away. When she's done, it just tucks neatly out of the way, easy to move which is a massive bonus in a busy play area. And seriously, it was ready for action the moment we pulled it out of the box – no faffing about with setup, just the dog also walk on it so the durability is good so far, instant fun!

I think this is the perfect exercise mat. It is a good two to three inches thick and really cushions you while you are exercising. I got this because I moved into an apartment with hardwood floors and I absolutely need protection from how firm that surface is to exercise on. This mat functions perfectly to provide me with a stable surface that is soft enough to keep me from the pain of exercising on a hardwood floor. The mat has proven to be extremely durable. It does not deform over time. It is still in the same great shape it was when I got it. You can easily fold it up and move it to another place so it is not in the way. I leave it folded up and on the floor so that my cat can use it as an extra bed when I am not exercising.

This mat works wonders for someone with arthritis. I was unable to lay on a regular yoga mat for my exercises and found this mat. It provides enough cushioning and support that I am able to take it to my yoga classes and use in my home. Super lightweight that I can fold it and carry it anywhere!

This a great little mat to use for camping or to jse while working on a vehicle to keep you from laying on the hard uncomfortable ground for long periods of time. Doesn't really roll up but does fold up to make it easy to store when not in use. Didn't really have any odor to it. Like how it has a little handle to help with transporting.

REALLY comfy. If you have bad knees or joints and you're lookin' for a firm but soft surface for your mobility exercises/yoga, this is a great option. It folds up or out in a snap, and seems very durable. I live in a small apartment and am really pleased with how storable it is. Honestly I'd probably use this for camping too.

this is a great mat. It's thick and firm. I feel like it's even better than at the gym. I use it for tretching, yoga and core work when I don't want to go out to the gym or I want a quick workout. it folds up and takes up almost no space. It's perfect for the apartment

OK. Like what the hell... this thing is SO COMFORTABLE! I bought it to make stretching and ground exercises easier and my knees are thanking me for it!! It is very firm and supportive and the material really seems high quality! If I ever moved into a new place and had to go without a bed, I mean HEY, I'm honestly serious about getting this. I almost fell asleep in the living room on it!

Excellent mat! Folds easily,nice and long for taller people foam inside is super firm and thick, great for heavier people, very light.

My physiotherapist encouraged me to do some yoga. I am using this as an extra thick yoga mat because my joints hate touching hard floors. Regular yoga mats seem very overpriced for how uselessly thin most of them are. This mat is ultra thick, does not hurt your joints when squishing your knees or elbows into it, yet is firm enough to remain stable. It’s also the correct dimensions for a standard yoga mat. I’ve been using it daily with no issues. I also enjoy how easily it folds away for storage. I did find it comical that the box it comes in recommends a “team lift” - two person job to safely move it apparently! But you won’t need to call a friend - it weighs a pound at best. Very happy with it and would recommend.

Genuinely impressed. I live in a apartment building so I've been using this matt to drop my weights on while I workout at home and its been really good at keeping the noise down. Its built well. Very thick. Easy to fold and seems durable.
