Lo compré con poco de duda, pero estoy muy satisfecho, mi jardín es amplio pero tiene l capacidad de calentar en un buen radio de distancia, muy fácil de armar.

Solo tener cuidado con el tanque de gas, ya que debe tener rosca exterior, no es un tanque “normal” en México, pero si se consigue en Home Depot.

This thing is awesome! We’ve had it for about 2 years and every time we use it, we’re reminded how great it is. It’s super easy to assemble and if you’re willing to work hard enough, it will fit a 30 gallon LP tank. You can comfortably sit 10 feet away from this thing and still feel the heat. Sitting right underneath is perfect. If I were smart enough and not accident prone with power tools, I’d build a table to fit around it and use it for outside entertaining. But, it works perfect for sitting out and handing out candy on Halloween or sitting out on the deck or porch on a cool night.

We were extremely satisfied with the first two heaters we got from East Oak two winters ago for our porch that we decided to purchase other two units for our venue. One of them was working perfectly but the other one did not seem to be functioning properly as there was no difference between the high and the low heat setting. I sent East Oak’s customer service department through the seller and got an immediate response from their representative May, with some troubleshooting instructions. After following her instructions, the heater would still not work properly. So I wrote May again and she promptly responded that she had ordered a replacement part for my faulty one. Once I received the part, I easily replaced the faulty one and the heater is now working like a charm. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with the amazing customer service offered by East Oak, and particularly with May, who handled the issue with patience, kindness and professionalism. Thank you and keep up with the good work!

After two years of excellent service, the supply line developed a leak. East Oat was the epitome of customer service. The item was covered by warranty, and the correct replacement part arrived quickly. Later emails reached out to verify all was repaired and working. Highly recommend this company and this product.
