I’ve always used this as the main deep cleaning agent. Found it to be very effective and keeps my hard lenses in good condition. Easy to use. Cages in the bottle can be a little fragile and you need to take care placing them in and removing them. I broke a lens when I didn’t notice it was inverted as I closed the cage! The last pack I bought didn’t have enough of the neutralising tablets which was frustrating.

Cleaned lenses very well

The solution seems to work well, but the little curved clips on the plastic lens basket that hold the covers in place aren't well enough made - as you open the basket lid to take out a lens, the cover usually falls off. I open and shut each basket over the basin as this has happened so many times, but this morning the basket lid came off and the whole contraption parted company from its screw-on lid. It all landed on the bathroom floor, including one of my lenses, which meant the lens case and the lens in it had to go in the bin. I'd opened a new bottle of the solution a couple of days ago, so I'm now a lens case short. The problem with the clips on the baskets coming off seems to be ongoing, and I think I'm going to contact the manufacturer.

Quick and easy

I was using the old Everclean solution for several years and then my optician mentioned that there is a new version and that I should try it. They told me it was better than the old one and that it would clean my contact lenses much deeper and remover more bacteria. This sounded great considering that we are in a Pandemic at the moment and a deeper clean of my lenses couldn't hurt. So I decided to give it a go. Works exactly like the old everclean and does pretty much the same job. I take my opticians recommendations as I don't want to mess around with my eyes. I like many others rely on my contact lenses and hate wearing glasses so whatever can be done to look after my eyes and lenses I try my best. I changed to this type of solution as the other brands did not clean my lenses very well and after a few days I found my lenses very uncomfortable and my eyes would feel dry within a few hours. If you use the solution with the silver disk in the bottom of the pot then this is pretty much the same. Only difference is there is a tablet that neutralises the peroxide and turns slightly green when it's done. It says it only takes 2 hours, but I always leave it longer as I wear my lenses all day and only take out when I go to sleep. Also I can't be bothered to clean them, with this all I have to do is put the lenses in the flip case and the into the solution with the tablet and hey presto I have a clean and brand new feeling pair of lenses the next morning. I would recommend this solution to anyone. Just make sure you put the tablet in to neutralise the solution as it's not very pleasant to put a lens soaked in peroxide into your eye. Also I have allergies to almost all other solutions and this one doesn't have any preservatives in it so I assume that is why I get on with it.

Utilizzo Avizor Everclean Plus per le mie lenti notturne (le lentine che si indossano mentre si dorme) ed è uno dei pochi prodotti che garantisce una pulizia davvero profonda senza causare irritazioni al mattino. Il sistema è semplice: si inseriscono le lenti nel cestello, si aggiunge il liquido e la compressa, e il prodotto inizia subito a frizzare. In circa due ore avviene la neutralizzazione completa, lasciando le lenti perfettamente pulite, morbide e pronte all’uso. Con le lenti notturne è fondamentale non avere residui di disinfettante o sostanze irritanti, e questo prodotto è sempre stato impeccabile. Al mattino le lenti risultano confortevoli, non pungono e non creano rossori, cosa che con altri liquidi mi capitava spesso. Un altro vantaggio è la costanza nel tempo: anche usando le lenti ogni notte, la qualità di pulizia resta sempre la stessa. Il kit con 2 flaconi da 350 ml e 90 compresse permette diversi mesi di utilizzo ed è molto conveniente. In sintesi: -ideale per lenti notturne usate durante il sonno -nessuna irritazione o bruciore al mattino -pulizia profonda e completa -lenti morbide e confortevoli dopo la neutralizzazione -kit molto conveniente (2 flaconi + 90 compresse) sistema estremamente affidabile e costante nel tempo Per chi usa lenti notturne, è uno dei prodotti più sicuri ed efficaci in assoluto.

Seit über 20 Jahren trage ich weiche Kontaktlinsen, die letzten Jahre überwiegend Biofinity, aber auch mal Bausch & Lomb Ultra. Eine Brille habe ich zwar auch, verwende sie aber fast nie, nur kurz am Abend und am Morgen. Die Kontaktlinsen sind bei mir also den ganzen Tag drinnen, meist mehr als 16 Stunden non-stop. Zudem habe ich einen Büro-Arbeitsplatz vor dem Computer. Da ist es wichtig, dass die Kontaktlinsen gut sind, und dass sie auch gut gepflegt und gereinigt sind, sonst jucken die Augen schnell. Ich habe in meinem Leben schon viele weiche Kontaktlinsen (Tages, 14-Tage und Monatslinsen) und Reiniungssysteme probiert. Letzteres war mir anfangs gar nicht so wichtig, und ich hatte die ersten Jahre einfache Kombinations- / All-In-One-Lösungen verwendet. Erst nachdem ich dauerhaft auf Monatslinsen wechselte, habe ich auch andere Reinigungsmittel probiert, da nun eine schlechte Reinigung sich deutlich auf den Tragekomfort auswirkte: namhafte All-In-One-Systeme mit oder ohne (separate oder integrierte) Protein-/Enzym-Entferner, Peroxid-Systeme OneStep (z.B. Platin-Katalysator) oder TwoStep mit separaten Neutralisierungssystem, mit oder ohne Benetzungsadditive (z.B. Aloe Vera) ... Ich habe folgendes gelernt: 1. Kombi / All-In-One-Präparate reinigen nicht so gut wie Peroxid-Systeme. Ausserdem desinfizieren sie oft nicht (so gut). Fazit: Wenn einem die Augen lieb sind, greift man zu Peroxid-Systemen. 2. die Two-Step Peroxid-Systemen sind umständlich: ich habe oft die Kontaktlinsen vor dem Schlafen raus und dann die Neutralisierung vergessen, weil ich vorher eingeschlafen bin. 3. Bei OneStep-Systeme dauert die Neutralisierung oft länger als angegeben. Es ist sehr abhängig von der exakten Menge der benutzten Peroxidlösung und der Zimmertemperatur, und es war manchmal selbst nach 8 Stunden nicht ganz neutralisiert. Fazit zu Punkt 2 und 3: wenn man eine Kontaktlinse einlegt, die nicht 100% neutralisiert ist, brennt das wie die Hölle, und Augenschädigungen kann man auch nie ausschliessen. Letztlich bin ich bei Avizor EverClean gelandet. Ein quasi OneStep Peroxid-System, dass wirklich sicher funktioniert. Es reinigt super, ist wirklich schon nach 2 Stunden fertig, und es zeigt dann durch eine leicht grünliche Färbung der Reinigungslösung an, dass diese nun neutralisiert ist. Es ist also das schnellste, zuverlässigste, einfachste und sicherste Peroxid-System das ich kenne. Aber leider auch einer der teuer(st)en Reinigungssysteme. Da mir mein Augenlicht aber viel wert ist, bin ich gerne bereit, dafür ein bisschen mehr Geld zu investieren. Übrigens: ich konnte persönlich keinen Unterschied zwischen der Plus-Variante und der "normalen" Variante erkennen. Ach ja, und glaubt Versprechen wie "No-Rub" nicht. Die Kontaktlinsen mit der Fingerspitze durch Reibbewegungen zu reinigen ist erstaunlich effektiv, immer besser, als Reinigungsmittel alleine.
