Customer Service is non-existent! Horrible!!!
Boonedox Rudders Customer Service is horrible. If you need a replacement part for this rudder an try to call the company’s customer service department, don’t waste your time, they never respond. For several days in a row, I’ve called BooneDox customer service and they never answer the phone, they send to to a message box which is always full, so you can’t leave a message. I’ve tried emailing their customer service department and the never reply to emails. I wanted to order a few replacement washers for my BooneDox “N-Rudders”. Their company won’t give you any customer service and you won’t be able to find individual parts anywhere. If you don’t need customer service and don’t need any replacement parts you should be ok buying a BooneDox Rudder. If you need a replacement part like a (oversized) nylon washer or bolt, you will be forced to to make your own part or to order a brand new expensive rudder.
