A little more feather and a little less down than I would like. Not as comfy as a hotel pillow. Still rather comfortable. My biggest reason for the 3 stars is the noise it makes. The cover is thick and sounds like a diaper. Every time I move in my sleep the noise wakes me up. Bummed I paid so much.

Very soft. Great quality. We got the king size for back sleeping but use for side sleep. Not issues with feather poking out. Highly recommend.

This pillow is pretty nice. Arrived packaged nicely and fluffed up. I would fluff it in the dryer. I don’t feel the cooling aspect. But generally a nice pillow.

I wasn’t so sure about this pillow at first, it was flatter than I was used to and I had some back pain from sleeping wrong a few nights prior with a different pillow. I am happy to report that I have been sleeping so good since using this pillow! I keep it flatter in the middle for back sleeping (which is actually better for your spine) and if I roll to my sides, the fluff is there for extra support. It’s also easy to fluff up the pillow more if needed. My back pain is gone for now, and hopefully won’t come back.

I love the pillow ! Very comfortable. Soft like I like but it also supports your neck. I wish the outer cover was was a little softer.
