I take a pole class and this does the job!!!! I stick to the pole easily. The green one is a little TOO sticky and my thighs got stuck together once, but the red is perfect. Elevated my performance!!

Its got good grip, good quality and is definitely sticky. But my hands are super sweaty and tend to sweat off the pole grip about halfway through my stage sets. Its easy to use, about a dollop is all you need. It doesnt show any visible white powder or anything, its invisible. But i like to stack this with the dry hands and that honestly works way better than this product alone. I honestly might buy the grip level above this one. 7/10.

Very good, the adhesion is incredible, good value for money, though sadly, it includes a highly allergic component that messed with my skin a lot. I know a few people who also had this same reaction, so it’s important to take it into consideration.

Super grippy! I was finally able to do a good chair spin using this grip aid. That helped me to get the feeling down and now I can do it without the grip aid. I highly recommend this for new pole dancers. It really helps you to stick to the pole especially if you're learning new tricks and want that added security. A tiny bit goes a long way. I use it fairly often and haven't even gotten half way through the bottle yet. Definitely worth the money. Washes off easily and wipes off the pole easily too. Great product!

This is my third time purchasing this grip because my studio ran out of supply. It works really well for pole dance and provides a strong, reliable grip during training. I also like using it at the gym when they allow it, especially for movements where extra grip helps with control and stability.
