Programming the lock with the app was a breeze after needing a little help from support. Support was extremely helpful and friendly. Never had an issue in the first 3 months, works well every time. The only reason I say "Almost" perfect is the delayed release of the Matter wireless/connectivity module and the absence of Apple key.
