★★★★★ Outstanding Product Backed by Outstanding Customer Service I purchased two GOOLOO A3 Jump Starters with Air Compressors for my family vehicles, including a Toyota Sienna and Hyundai Palisade. The unit itself is packed with useful features. It combines a powerful jump starter, air compressor, emergency light, and portable power bank in a compact package that is easy to store in the vehicle. The air compressor is simple to use, and having one device that handles multiple roadside emergencies is extremely convenient. One of my two units unfortunately developed a defect and began overheating. While that was disappointing, what happened next is why I am writing this five-star review. I contacted GOOLOO customer support and was assisted by Fiona. She responded quickly, took the issue seriously, and worked with me throughout the entire process. Amazon ultimately determined that the defective lithium battery unit should not be returned because of safety concerns and advised proper disposal. Without any arguments, delays, or unnecessary back-and-forth, GOOLOO immediately arranged a replacement and shipped it directly to me. The replacement arrived quickly and has been working perfectly. In my experience, the true test of a company is not when everything goes right. It is how they respond when something goes wrong. GOOLOO stood behind their product, communicated professionally, and resolved the issue promptly. This little power house is great to have in your truck, car, or around the farm. I lover that it is so simple to use, will jump everything I have running on the farm, I can almost pump any tire too w/out having to grab the air compressor.powerful battery will run the jump starter, air compresser, has connections to power phone and other devices, all in a compact design. It even has it's own light with a blue Lit gauge screen on the front. Oh yea, and the carry bag is a nice touch. Gotta give this one 👍👍 way up 💯

My Mazda CX-30 wouldn't start one day. I knew these rechargeable jump starters were a thing so I jumped on Amazon and got this one same day. Worked like a charm! Inside the main unit is basically a giant power bank. It charges with a USB-C in, which is awesome and universally available. It even has a USB-A out port to charge another device. I charged it up to full when I first got it, even though it already had some juice in it and I *think* you'd be able to get an emergency jump right out of the box if you needed to. The directions are simple. Plug the battery clamps into the box, then clamp them onto your battery. A green light tells you that it's ready to go. Press the BOOST button, then go into your car and start it up with in 30 seconds. Then remove the clamps and away you go. No sparks, no scary sounds, no worries. I jumped it twice and it still had enough charge for possibly a few more. Other great emergency features: the tire inflator has programmable pressure. The light is nice and bright and stays steady for a flashlight or blinks for emergency. And I already mentioned the USB out for charging another device. This is a great, indispensable emergency device for anyone's car. I'm glad I got it and I'll make sure it stays charged in my glove box.

This GOOLOO A3 jump starter is super handy to have in the car. It started my vehicle quickly with no issues, and it’s really easy to use. The built-in air compressor is a big plus. It fills tires fast, and I like that you can set the pressure and it shuts off automatically. It’s compact, holds a charge well, and feels solid. Definitely a great all-in-one emergency tool. Highly recommend!

This has been a pretty helpful thing to have in the car. My tires have been losing pressure recently and this helps keep them topped off while I wait to change my tires. It's easy to use and the value for the price is great. The main issue is that it seems to need a full charge in order to jump a car because I had issues using it to jump my car when half charge, but no issues at full. Also the cable lengths are a bit short.

This item is terrific! A bit noisy but it’s compact and works like a charm. Inflates my tire quickly. I have not used it to jump start my car, but I’m convinced it would work just fine. Great price too!

After hitting the booster button located on the jumper cables attachment, I got back in the car. It started without hesitation. Works like a charm within moments. And, after charging the car battery, the 3000A power indicator showed 75% power remaining. That's when starting at 100% fully charged jumper. And, after inflating 4 tire, the 3000A power indicator showed 75% power remaining. That's also when starting at 100% fully charged device. Great investment for safety and convenience.

This is a great little device! Inflates tires quickly and easily. Can also jump off just about any vehicle on the market with ease as well! Couldn’t be happier with the price point and my purchase! As for their service, my device stopped airing up tires and would only register air pressure. I use this device at least every other day currently until able to get a new set of tires. As it was within the manufacturer warranty, I contacted customer support, who reached out to me within 24 hours. Less than three days later, I had a new one in my hand. They were very responsive! I could not ask for a better interaction when dealing with support from any company! Highly recommend, if I could give them more stars I would!
