Doesnt fit DJI RSC 2 Gimbal
As much as I love the strap, it does not fit the RSC2 Gimbal. I even attempted to modify but it remained loose. I ended up attaching the strap higher up with one of the attachments it came with so I can still use the strap.

Padded shoulder strap reduces weight and fatigue
I picked up the NEEWER RS4/RS3 Gimbal Shoulder Strap (GA016) and it’s handy for reducing fatigue during long handheld gimbal sessions. The padded design is comfortable, and the quick-release buckle makes attaching to the baseplate easy. That said, adjusting the straps isn’t as straightforward as I’d like there should be an easier way to make quick adjustments on the fly. Pros: Padded shoulder strap reduces weight and fatigue Quick-release buckle for easy attachment Compatible with DJI RS4, RS4 Pro, RS3, RS3 Pro, RS2 Adjustable for different users Cons: Strap adjustment could be easier Overall, a useful accessory for long shoots, but strap adjustment could be more user-friendly.
