I know it’s common to take large doses of vitamin B but 7692% seems a little concerning to me. Think I’ll just take one instead of the recommended two. They taste good - nice pineapple flavor. They weren’t stuck together in the jar so that is good - they survived shipment in the Florida heat. I like that they have a bit of CoQ10 in them. The only negative I would like to mention is that the safety seal doesn’t work - it doesn’t have a starter strip to aid in removing the seal so I just twisted the lid and it came off. Not a huge deal when coming from Amazon I suppose.

My son takes one; once a day! He takes them for his migraines. His doctor told us to get him some. So far everything has been good unless he eats something with too much sodium he might get a slight headache

My very picky almost teen likes the flavor of these. She was recommended to take these by a neurologist for her migraines.
