I ordered this chair on December 13, 2025, and it was delivered on time. It was very easy to assemble and is extremely comfortable. I’ve been using it for the past three weeks, and I can confidently say this is an amazing chair. The design, build quality, and color are excellent and fit perfectly with my small workspace. The chair feels sturdy, offers great support for long sitting hours, and the cushioning strikes the right balance between firmness and comfort. It has noticeably improved my overall sitting experience. A special shout-out to the team managing this family business. This is the first time a seller has reached out after delivery to ask for detailed feedback, which I truly appreciated. I responded to thank them and mentioned that I was looking for a seat cover to prevent stains or any long-term wear. The team went above and beyond by delivering a seat cover to my doorstep as a complimentary item. I’ve attached a photo to show how great the chair looks with the cover added, and I genuinely hope they include these covers in future product listings, as every customer would love this addition. Lastly, I want to thank the team for their kindness in delivering the cover on New Year’s Eve. Overall, it is a very good chair but mine had a bit weak in the arms and I have not had it for long, but it’s already sagging when you sit down. Like it’s not keeping its height and keeps going down every time I sit down. I say though customer service was really good and they didn’t make it right and that’s why I am giving this five stars, but I will say, if you get the chair for a good deal, I think it is worth it to get the chair and try it out. Also too, you might have to upgrade the head rest on yours since mine is now loose and not holding it’s position but like I sad, the seller took care of things and all is good with there customer service. So thanks again.

I work from home and have tried many different office chairs and even gaming chairs to help my bad back. I also don’t have a large budget to buy a very expensive chair. I was looking for a colorful chair that is very comfortable and this one fits the bill! Easy to assemble, sturdy, and unlike a lot of inexpensive chairs that seem to have a seat that is too short/you feel like you are falling out of it, this chair is generously sized which helps my back immensely. Would recommend!

Excellent chair. I looked online, through stores and tested many. Several more expensive. I was nervous about getting it online, but this was hands down, the best chair. I am grateful to other reviewers. It's very comfortable. I've used it for hours and not got uncomfortable. I've actually watched movies in it. Very robust. Packaged well, white gloves thoughtful touch. The tip back option is fantastic and I am grateful to be able to move the arms right out of the way so it will tuck under my desk perfectly. The colour is gorgeous and I believe would blend well with any interior. So glad I went with this one, rather than grey. The quality of the fabric-stitching is so good, better than anticipated. It's SO GOOD! I can see this lasting for many years, outstanding value for the money. Can't recommend enough!!
