Love all jocko's products, you can trust the name! Nothing but the best ingredients! I could definitely tell they work but tend to upset my stomach just a bit if you don't eat with something! I think they work alot better if you drink a bunch of water with them!!

I can't say that I enjoy taking this supplement. They have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee mixed with some other ingredients that have been shown to have some weight loss benefit. The major effect for me is appetite suppression. I just don't feel like eating anything for some hours after taking a capsule. There were no significant gastrointestinal issues for me, but I'm sure that I couldn't tolerate consuming anymore. This product is very pricey and I'm not sure the listed ingredients justify it, but when you are trying to lose fat, almost any price seems acceptable.
