1) Please note that the heat lamp will take about 15 minutes to warm up. After warming up for 15 minutes, wait another 5 minutes to increase the temperature.

2) As a general guideline, the distance between the treatment surface and the heating head should be approximately 8-10 inches. The actual positioning of the TDP head can be adjusted to achieve the desired level of heat. Do not place the lamp head too close to the skin.

3) It is recommended that each treatment time in the target area be at least 40 minutes. Please note that treatment times for a given course of treatment may vary depending on the treatment situation.

4) Heater lamps only provide warmth for heat treatment. Please do not expect a higher temperature range because higher temperatures may cause the skin to overheat and burn. A higher temperature range does not increase the effectiveness of the treatment.
