Would it really kill you to try these?! You should, they are our favorite go to now - and we are not even Jewish. Super crispy, perfect level of salt, we like the plain salted. They have replaced our regular crackers. Great with spreads, like Boursin type herbed cheese.Now how about an Egg & Onion version like the Streits Matzohs I can get at Gristedes in NYC?

O bought these thinking they were kosher for passover, alas they are not, but still very tasty!

They were close to expiration. I expected them to be the texture of Matzos.

Tastes nothing like a Matzo. Strange flour taste. It takes butter to make them palatable. Sad because they arrived in great shape. I had my family and friends try them and the different "yuk" faces was hilarious. Now I have three bags of squirrel and bird food. I expected so much more.
