Probably the best beta alanine per scoop on Amazon right now. If you're looking to get a buzz on it's the one. I've got plenty of pre workouts on here, but the FDA have pulled all the good ones. Big shame. But value wise, this is the answer to getting it going before you the hit the gym.

I do really like this one. I bought it a few times. When I come off of it for a while and then go back to it. I really do notice the veins when I'm at the gym. The pump is there all the time. If you notice it's not working, just come off of it for a while and then go back to it
