Pros: Made in the United States — I’m very happy to see that and will always pay a little extra for products made here. I’m honestly tired of seeing “Made in China” on almost everything, so it’s refreshing to purchase a product that’s manufactured in the U.S. Cons: Made of plastic rather than metal, and a bit on the expensive side. That said, I understand the higher cost and appreciate that it’s made in the U.S. The product performs exactly as needed and does the job well. I would recommend it, especially for those who don’t require a metal version. It would be helpful if the seller offered both a plastic and a metal option so buyers could choose based on their needs. I installed two of these on January 14th, and everything is working as expected so far. I’ll update this review if any issues arise and will add photos later if possible.

great product. worked way better than expected. now the baby cant pull my cord out of the socket anymore. 10/10 recommend. if you were tired of your stuff turning off because of a curious baby or in some cases a dog or old plug and want it to stay in place this is way to go. love this thing

This is a good product and definitely something to prevent little kids from, but haha not from my dementia father. He still managed to take the plug out. So i gotta find another way to prevent him messing with the cords. Still kept the item could be use for something else. Easy to install, i would recommend this product anyone to buy it

Did the job and was easy to install.

We have 3 cats. If you have even one cat, you can stop reading. They ran behind the couch chasing each other and knocked the plug. Sometimes it didn't look like it was unplugged, but it was. Since the couch has two recliners (power), it wasn't easy to move. Now we don't have to worry about it. Really easy to install! Protect the things that are hard for humans to reach, or things you don't want to do without. Hope this was helpful.

Someone kept unplugging the cord in the garage to use the outlet for something and never plugging it back in… the cord they keep unplugging goes to the freezer… ruined food several times. This fixed it. The perpetrators have to now plug into a different “inconvenient” socket on the other side of garage.

Returned unhappy with what I got for the money

We used this to baby proof the plug to our Hatch sound machine. It’s a little too small to actually cover the whole plug, but it does a good enough job that our 1 year old can’t pull the plug out. An older child or adult definitely could, though.
