Love the weight and balance of this knife. Bought it for trimming chicken quarters. The knife is super sharp and feels great in my hand. The quality is right up there with the 100 dollar knifes. Nice that the knife came with a sheaf. The box is nice enough to store the knife in it.

The knife is my new favorite, perfect for filleting my fish. It's got a long thin blade, super sharpness, and the weight of the knife is in the handle, making it easier to make fine cuts with the blade. I have sizd 7.5-8 hands, and the grip size is perfect. It's not so good if you have small hands. Bonus, it comes in a wonderful box inside a box, with instructions on care and sharpening. Someone really thought things through before making this great knife. The only surprise is that I'd have paid more for it, if I knew in advance it was this well suited for fish. It's currently about $28 as a special price, and will go up as more people learn about it. I'll check out their other knives!

I really like it. High quality knife

This is my 4th Cutluxe knife and I have been impressed with each of them. They come razor sharp out of the box and stay sharp through many uses. This particular filet knife is flexible enough to comfortably do the job expected from a high end knife. If your looking for a really good value for your money, you can't go wrong with Cutluxe.

This knife is well-balanced, as a nice shape to it and is very sharp. The only thing I didn’t like was how the handle was put together. It wasn’t smooth As you could feel the tang in the handle, which had an irritating feel when holding the knife. After a little bit of time thinking about and how annoying it is I sent the knife back. Other than that, if the handle assembly was fit perfectly, I would’ve kept it.
