This is the sharpest fillet knife ever. It is bigger than I thought it would be but otherwise this is a great knife.

This is a gift that keeps on giving and it’s not just for the nice box in comes in. Let me say this we are all told at one time or another to have the right tool for the job and this is it. An amazing fillet knife 👍🏼

Nice sharp knife . Good handle and height . It cuts meat like butter . I would recommend adding this knife for your kitchen .

Love the weight and balance of this knife. Bought it for trimming chicken quarters. The knife is super sharp and feels great in my hand. The quality is right up there with the 100 dollar knifes. Nice that the knife came with a sheaf. The box is nice enough to store the knife in it.

This knife is well-balanced, as a nice shape to it and is very sharp. The only thing I didn’t like was how the handle was put together. It wasn’t smooth As you could feel the tang in the handle, which had an irritating feel when holding the knife. After a little bit of time thinking about and how annoying it is I sent the knife back. Other than that, if the handle assembly was fit perfectly, I would’ve kept it.
