Either Johnson's needs to find a better box to put these cotton swabs in or they just need to go back to the drum that they used to come in. The box is a joke-it was crushed upon receipt and the cotton swabs were all over the place which would never happen with the sturdier drum that they used to come in. Like I stated on my headline, i am all for the environment but if you are going to substitute a sturdy container with a flimsy tissue box at least attempt to make it a little more rigid in the future or mail in something other than a brown paper envelope shipper. I don't care who was the seller and who was the shipper i honestly do not think this box would have held up if it was hermetically sealed in steel and Johnsons honestly should realize that fact. The swabs will not be used at this point for anything other than nail polish removal or arts and crafts but they look sturdy and cushioned so the rating is more about the epic fail of the container and not the product itself.
