Very strong and cuts fast in thick materials thanks

I have used this to make a steel gate and a custom bumper. So far it's been holding up well.

I had to cut some 2 inch angle irons and some 2 inch square tubing to repair a trailer. This cordless band saw ate through all that non hardened steel like nobody's business. This well built tool made the job quick and easy. It is lightweight and well balanced. Controls are intuitive. The only thing that would make this better would be including a second battery and a hard case.

This review for right now isn't about the performance of the bandsaw but I want to warn others about the "buy together " in the ad. Don't buy the extra blades cause they are the wrong size. The bandsaw, it does come with the correct blades, battery and charger. When I fully check it out tomorrow I either add to this review or make another. The package came late it the day for me to check the performance. It does have what the others have. That's it for now. Don't make the mistake I made.

It feels like a quality product, EXCEPT for the fact it doesn't except the makita battery like advertised. Makita does not make a 20v battery so make sure you buy this with their battery and charger.

This band saw cuts my wood and metal perfectly. Its great to take to a job if I need to and small enough yet it has the power to get the job done.

Was excited because of the reviews. 1st one lasted about 30mins of cutting 20 gauge steel. Cut thru it like butter. Didn’t push it and then it quit. No worries, sent it back and got another one and the same with the 2nd one. This is not a good piece of equimpment.
