Being a petite lady, I’m always having to hem my bottoms. When I was pressed on time, I bought the fabric tape for a dress I needed for vacation. It worked really well and did not come apart during my wear. Very easy to apply as no iron was needed, but very sticky. You will have to be cautious on what type of material you are applying on as thinner or stretchy materials will show the ridges of the tape. Even after a couple washes, it still stayed on. When I returned from vacation and wanted a more permanent solution to my dress, it was really easy to remove. There’s still a whole roll left so you get your moneys worth. 5 out of 5!

Works great for my projects

This tape is really sturdy and I appreciate that, but it’s a little too sturdy. Several reviews mention it coming off without leaving a residue and that is definitely not true in my case. I bought it to attach reusable cloth sanitary pads to my underwear. Obviously this means I’m sitting on it (pressure) and it’s getting warm (body heat). Under these circumstances it does not come off easily (tears off in little strips/shreds) and does leave a sticky residue that will not come off even in the wash machine. I had to throw away some underwear because I could not remove the residue and it was sticking to my skin. However, I am still using the tape because it works well to keep the pad in place. Instead of using a single long strip vertically, I use two short strips horizontally at the front and back. I find there isn’t as much heat or pressure this way and it removes easier. There is still some residue, but I’ve decided to just use certain pairs of underwear for this purpose so it isn’t a problem.

This fabric tape works really well. I purchased it to mend the skirt ruffle on a bed where the ruffle had been torn apart because of small dogs trying to jump up on the high, 4-poster bed and instead getting their toenails caught in the hem of the skirt. This tape has worked perfectly for that purpose, mended the two torn fabric edges together and the tear can't even be seen now. And it's held up well for several weeks now without separating or loosing its hold. The tape was easy to apply and then easy to peel off the backing on the reverse side. My hands are 80 yrs old arthritic with no fingernails, but it was easy for these hands to peel off the reverse side of the fabric tape with no problem. Love this tape, happy to keep it on hand, and expect it to be very useful for remedying (sp?) other problems as they arise! I PAID for the tape. It was not sent to me as a "freebie" in exchange for a review ...

This is a life saver. I use it when I’m in a hurry and it works perfectly.

I love double sided peel and stick for my crafts but don’t always need a 1/2” wide Found this and it does the job! But be warned it does smell funky when you take the packaging off. It helped fixed my whoops with this bag Very happy with it

Very sticky

Did its job, saved money on alterations, however it got ruined in the washing machine- the tape did not stay in place and it crumpled up. And also on one dress the tape residue came through to the front For little childrens clothing its worth the money
