I was able to make a decent yoghurt with this probiotic, but it took about 10 hours, which is more typical of lactobacillus acidophilus than lactobacillus reuteri. Indeed, this is a rather confusing item, in that it claims to provide a dose of l. reuteri, but doesn't have any of it listed in the ingredients, whereas it does have l. acidophilus listed.So personally, I wouldn't buy it again as an l. reuteri supplement, though the yogurt that it makes is tasty.

Really good you can also bite the pills and and let it go all over you mouth before you swallow. It protects your teeth and you won't get morning breath.

Love it well worth the price we paid

This is not lactobacillus reuteri at all, it's not clear what this product is, but it's definitely not reuteri.
