Bad packing
While the external packaging was intact, the inside cover of the pack was not even sealed with tapes. So, the boxes just tumbled out on opening the external packing.

Less product, higher price
Less amount of dhoop in one box comparatively higher price. Here it is written 20pc each box but we got only 16pc each box.... Not recommended
