i used it as a hernia binder, the regular binders are a pain to tighten up, this worked great, the only problem is im a big guy (6' 3" and 330lbs) and i put it on and i let out the shoulder straps as fas as i could but it wasnt enough and kept pulling the brace up, so i just cut off the straps and just used the wrap, stays in place and i can tighten pretty tight with the double strapping

Runs small. Better brace than local retail store! Offers really good support.

Since I put it on this harness my back doesn’t have any pain like before due it’s quality. It’s so easy to use and I can adjust on my chest because support any size. I can’t believe the price its affordable for anyone.

We were not able to use as the straps were too short for my son. Consider another option if you have a long torso. My son is 6”2 feet tall.

Not bad but runs small and tends to slip.

Allowed me to do the care I was needing to do. Completed 3-4 months of total care for family member with no new back problems.
