I've been using these wrist weights during walks and light workouts and overall I really like them. They look nicer than expected and don’t have that cheap fitness equipment look. They were also very easy to put on and adjust. The straps feel secure and they stayed in place while moving around. I liked that they came with a storage pouch too. Makes it easy to keep everything together and throw in a gym bag or drawer. The only downside for me is that they are a little bulky while walking, especially if you’re not used to wearing wrist weights. Not uncomfortable, just noticeable. That said, you can definitely feel your arms getting more of a workout while using them. I’ll definitely keep using them during walks and workouts. Overall, very happy with them.

I also appreciate how the weight is evenly distributed, which makes them comfortable for exercises like leg lifts or arm movements. Cons: The shape of the individual weights can be a drawback. When worn while walking, they caused some soreness due to how they press against my ankles, which was noticeable after longer sessions. Overall, these are great for low-impact workouts or adding resistance to home exercises, especially if you have a smaller frame. However, if you plan to wear them for walking or extended periods, the shape might cause discomfort.

Perfect addition to home workouts! Very easy to adjust and more comfortable than those bulky wrist/ankle weights! Delivered quickly and looks just like pictured. Very easy to use! Also, the rotten cat has knocked them over and no damage noticed! The band itself is very sturdy and gives a firm stretch! Would recommend!

Love these. I purchased 4 and I use them while I workout. So comfy that I forget i’ve got them on. Velcro is great, holds up effectively.
