I've taken Medicinal Mushrooms for many yrs- Shiitake is one of our favorites- I also cook with Fresh/kept Frozen & occasionally dry Shiitake- Now that I'm back to my healthy nutrition habits..I again take at least 3 of these Shiitake capsules each day- Lentinan from Shiitake is not legalized in the USA (like D-Fraction Pro is as a natural chemo)..but Lentinan IS a natural legal chemo in Japan- So..cooking with Shiitake (which IS a Gourmet mushroom As Well As a Medicinal Mushroom) gives me SOME Lentinan (a longtime Breast Cancer "Survivor??" This Solaray Shiitake does NOT have worrisome additives in it..so I can empty this Shiitake powder into Tuna or Salmon dishes, Stews..on Pizzas I'm "doctoring" up with extra cheese or any other home cooked food- I LOVE this Brand of Shiitake..have been using it for MANY MANY YEARS-

I started taking these because I couldn’t afford to do another 6 month of Kinoko Platinum AHCC for persistent HPV so switch to this instead long story short I haven’t had repap yet to see if HPV is gone but my ovarian cyst disappeared when I started these. I had been dealing with it for 3 years and was suppose to get surgery in March 2020 then Covid happen and my elective surgery had to be postponed got my U/S on 08/14/2020 and the tech said it was finally gone and the left ovary had one growing a few months ago that one has disappeared as well I had a normal CA 125 and was taking birth control And I don’t have PCOS so my GYN doctor could not understand why I even had ovarian cysts because birth control is one preventive for ovarian cyst......This stuff is amazing purchased my second bottle already and I’m not even done taking the first 100 capsules yet from first order I’m a believer!!!!!!

I like the price, quantity, and quality and I use it as a supplement and an all over health regiment!

I have sjogren, and pots disease, in which I am sick often with a low immune system. This helps a lot to keep my immune system well off and less sick. It help me have a bit more brain clarity as well. I use other herbs as well as this and I love this. I do get somewhat loose stools from taking this but it helps the bigger picture of what I need it for.

Purchased these supplements for the health benefits. Just started taking, so no results noticed yet, but seem to be good quality.

I wish I could tell if any supplements work, but I didn't notice anything.

Mushrooms have a lot of health benefits and have been used for years. This is a good value for the money.

I have to admit that my body is very sensitive, but I take supplements like D3, B12, v C etc without any problems. I realized that my body doesn't like these mushrooms, I usually start with the smaller dosage to be a safe side. Before I take this supplement--I developed a good sleeping regime, when I slept the whole night till 7.30 without waking up. After taking the first capsule with my dinner, went to sleep at 10.30 pm..i woke up at 12.30, I looked at the clock, and I thought its the next day, because I could not assume that I woke up after only 2 hrs of sleep, though I decided to continue with mushrooms, the next day I took one capsule in the morning and later I got the tick on my face on the left cheek , it was involuntarily muscle moving , which continues the next day, and I woke up again after 2-3 hrs of sleep, I guess--I cannot continue with this supplement-its not for me.
