This chimney is the best in this range. Stylish glass design makes it more attractive and the hand gestures are awaome

Powerful Suction with Premium Look
I am very satisfied with this chimney. The suction power is excellent (1626 mยณ/hr), the performance is impressive. The touch controls and IntelliSense features work smoothly, and the motion sensor is very convenient and Noise level is moderate and not disturbing. Installation was smooth and the build quality feels solid.

Worst After Sales Service
After 15Months of usage the chimney got some issue with its flap opening. It is not opening. Yes this happens as its a electronic product. But the main issue is the service providers of Crompton. The service person dont pick the phones after multiple calls and it happened twice with different service. I told them i ll pay your charges but atleast come and fix, they just dont pick your call. The worst service I had experienced in my life. This level of ignorance and treatment not expected with Company like Crompton. Dont buy as the after sales service is worst. Not buying any Crompton device now on and also recommending same to everyone i know.
