Great Quality and perfect sizes

I needed a new kitchen brush and saw these. The reminded me of the one my grandmother used for years. These look to be solid brushes. They are soft to work with pastry and look like they will hold up well.

I had never used a pastry brush before, so I decided to start with an affordable option. The yeestone 3-Piece Pastry Brush Set was less than eight bucks for three brushes, which seemed like a competitive price compared to other basic brush sets. The handles are wood, though very lightweight. There is a plastic rim holding the synthetic bristles. The brush head is pretty thin, and the bristles very haphazardly installed and uneven. After looking at the photos, I actually took a pair of scissors and trimmed the bristles a little bit to make them more even. I used the smallest brush to apply oil to corn tortillas before baking, and it worked as expected. Little dabs of oil in a bowl were easily applied to the tortillas, spreading it quickly and evenly. Compared to my previous method of using a spoon, this was much more efficient and had very little waste. The brush washed easily by hand with a little bit of dish soap and water. For a casual, infrequent user like me, this is a solid set. If you expect to use pastry brushes often, I'd recommend that you look elsewhere for a more heavy-duty, quality set of brushes. I'm saying this as someone who knows very little about pastry brushes, but a lot about paint brushes ("Buy once, cry once.")

Os pincéis são excelentes! São de ótima qualidade, fáceis de limpar e de usar! Usei para untar formas e funcionam muito bem! Não ficam soltando pelos como outros pinceis e espalhem melhor do que os de silicone!!
