Extremely well made and heavy duty. Greatly exceeds expectations.
Based on other customer reviews, I assumed that this was going to be a good purchase. But I must say, this has got to be one of the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon...and I have made a lot of purchases on Amazon. The build quality is excellent and this bike rack is solid as a rock. The welds are beautiful and completely surround each joint. As another purchaser commented, there is no spot welding here. And the black powder coating is perfectly executed and appears to be thick. Moreover, the manufacturer/designer included all of the extras. The included hitch lock with what appears to be a brass cylinder looks like what might typically be a $25 dollar option; and I also love the fact that you can also lock your bikes onto the rack with the included ratcheting hold-down arms that also have locking mechanisms. As far as assembly is concerned, I had no trouble assembling the bike rack in about 45 minutes by myself, and using only the supplied instructions--which I found to be very clear. Of course, I helped my daughter assemble some of her Lego kits and believe me, if you are struggling with the pictorial instructions, ask any child you know who enjoys Lego sets for help if you can't figure out how the parts fit together. Just lay out all of the parts and match together nuts, bolts and washers of the same size, and assembly should be a breeze. I would also point out that the kit I received included three wrenches, which is all you need to completely assemble and attach the carrier into your 2-inch hitch receiver. Nevertheless, if you have a socket wrench set with 17mm and 19mm sockets, it will make the assembly even easier if you use those sockets instead of the included open-end wrenches. Notably, one of the wrenches included in the kit is a gorgeous, 11" long, highly polished chrome 24mm combination wrench (open end and box end) that is used for attaching the threaded pin through the hitch reciver and the tongue of the bike carrier. I would guess that a similar wrench if purchased separately, even if at a discount store such as Harbor Freight, would cost at least $10 to $12 dollars; but it is included in the kit! I will keep that wrench in my SUV so that it is always handy for attaching the carrier to the hitch.

Very good value. Would buy again.
Incredible value l for the price, very sturdy and well made. direction aren't the best though but still had it assembled in about an hour once I had It unpacked and on the floor. It comes with the locking hitch pin which really surprised me and 2 other anti theft applications. Would absolutely recommend this bike rack, and would buy again.

well built, assembly instructions are crummy, works very well.
surprising build quality at this price, I just needed a carrier to bring a bike from Seattle to San Francisco and did not expect much, but I'll keep this one. The only downside was that the lock from one of the 'hook arms' fell out on our 15 hr drive back and we had to order a replacement to get arms with working locks. And the keys of either box fit those locks, so do not put any trust into them, use bike locks to lock to the frame of the carrier. Other than that, instructions were nebulous and it took a while to assemble, tools supplied were sufficient (the larges wrench is actually quite nice quality) and it was solid on the truck, no wobble. Easy to adjust for most bike sizes, I'd buy it again if I needed one, can recommend. I'd not buy this for frequent use, then I'd go for one of the top brands, but for occasionally taking one or two bikes with me? Well spent money.

Nice rack
I bought this to haul my two bikes on an 1,100 mile trip. It was more robust than i expected, and worked great. I stopped to check how the bikes were doing frequently and never had to tighten anything, they were very secure the entire trip.

Solid well built bike rack suitable for heavy e-bikes
I've used this a few times and I enjoy it. I have a heavy 70lb e-bike so most bike racks just won't work for me, but this one does. Assembly was pretty easy and my toddler was able to help, and getting the bike on and off is quick and easy. There are several sets of keys and the two positions are lockable separately so you can take off just one bike and leave the other one on. Attaching it to your car is easy as is detaching it. It folds up nicely so storing it is pretty easy and I just keep it behind my trash bins since it's pretty thin when folded down. All solid steel construction, very sturdy, suspect it will outlive the bike.

Dangerous, Misleading, and Completely Unacceptable
This so-called “new” hitch bike rack is nothing short of a disgrace. What arrived at my door looked like it had already lived a hard life: gouges, scratches, missing parts, and the unmistakable look of a used return that was simply repackaged and resold as new. Passing this off as a brand-new product isn’t just careless, it’s fraudulent. The assembly process was a nightmare. The instructions were written with zero regard for clarity or safety — vague diagrams, missing steps, and such poor guidance that I had to resort to online forums just to guess how the pieces were meant to fit together. For equipment designed to carry bicycles at highway speeds, that level of incompetence is flat-out dangerous. This purchase was a complete insult to my time, money, and trust as a customer. Not only was the product defective and misrepresented, it left me questioning whether the company behind it has any quality control standards whatsoever. If this is the level of care they put into a critical piece of equipment, I shudder to think how many people are unknowingly strapping thousands of dollars’ worth of bikes to a rack that was never safe to begin with. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted money, and the potential risk to your gear. This product is unfit for sale, unfit for use, and unfit for the brand name stamped on it. Zero stars would still be generous

I can haul my babies everywhere now!
This bike carrier rack is sturdy and the metal structure gives it good stability. I must mention that two little screws that are to be put on at the end of the assembly ( as seen in the instructional video) were missing. Also one of the knobs that hold the wheel cradles in place, cracked while tightening. I’ll call shipper/seller to get those items replaced. It was reasonably priced. Same functionality of more expensive devices but at a fraction of the price.
