Almost a great item to have, however the float will not stay at adjusted location. The small adjustment screw allows you to set the float but water waves from swimming will push the float up. I have been struggling to find a way to lock it into position but it doesn't have a locking screw.

This gadget was very easy to assemble. It does. take a bit to get it balanced so that it will work properly. I used a small level just to be sure. Getting the float assembly where you want it for your pool water level took several tries (and time) to be sure it was filling to where I wanted it. Since I've only had it operating for a few days, I gave it a 4-star for ease of putting it together and setting it. Hope it works for a long time!!
