I tried this now for 5 days. It worked starting the second day. I went from waking up every 90 minutes at night to sleeping peacefully for 5 hours without having to hit the bathroom. Also, less effort to urinate. Things work like they did at 35. On the downside I have a rash on both legs. Not a huge amount but it’s like poison ivy on an area about the size of a 3” circle. Also, hip pain from arthritis is more intense. I’m hoping the pain is due to a heavy tennis match. Time will tell. Im going to back off on the pills for a few days to see if the side effects back off too. Even with the side effects the benefits of a full nights sleep cannot be understated. It’s wonderful. I’ll dial this in. It has massive promise. I’d recommend it. Edit - it’s taken a week for the poor side effects to subside. Rash, massive hip pain, and lethargy. Also, the benefits tapered off. That said I’m going to try this again albeit it a lower dosage.

I've been using 'Pygeum' for several years now. It's different than Saw P., which is to shrink the inlarged Prostate gland. If you're having trouble getting 'it' out you want Saw Palmetto. If 'it' is leaking out you should try this (Pygeum). Works well for me, like I stated - it makes everything more normal. The capsules are 500mg. , the recommend dosage by this manufacturer has changed from 1000mg to 1500mg. or from 2 capsules to 3. I'd try 2 - saves money daily. If and only it's not as effective as you'd like use 3 capsules daily. You may end up using 3 one day and 2 the next. Experiment to find what is best for you as we are all different, metabolism, severity of problem, etc. For me a good product.

I have been using this for awhile. Combine it with zinc ,lecethin and nitric oxide. Total game changer in the bedroom if you are looking to increase the amount and volume.
