Surgilube Lubricating Jelly, 2 Ounce

I use this for my ear piercings. It's great for when I change out the jewelry in my helix (cartilage) piercings, and also on my lobe piercings for posts on some earrings are thicker than the standard 18-20 gauge. This lubricant makes that process so much easier. Earrings go in a lot smoother with way less pain/discomfort. One 2-ounce tube lasts me about 3 years.

Works great. Very lubricating. Very smooth. Yes it’s water based. Don’t contaminate it though. That large opening is easy to get dirt in. Just squeeze it out and put it aside. Don’t let the cap touch any toys, body parts or fluids unless you want to compromise its sterility

This is a good enough lube, and does the job well enough. Getting the seal off the tube can be difficult. I've found there is air in the tube with the lube. I paid for 4.25 ounces of lube, not lube mixed with air. Squeezing the lube out can become challenging if the tube gets slippery. The lube has a slight not unpleasant chemical smell, and dries without leaving much of a residue. It also isn't irritating for me. This lube also stays wet for quite a while without drying out.

Has a good consistency. Good for use with suppositories. Product was delivered very quickly. As usual, Amazon packaging was barely adequate and the tube was squished a little, but that's not this product's fault. I do recommend this lubricating jelly.

Lube it up and slide it in!
