I’m not a paid reviewer, I enjoy this and have tried many other products including holistic products. I will note when I first took it and I had an empty stomach I had gotten a huge migraine! Also note, as a side effect an increase in hunger, but otherwise I’ve never felt more focused. Best of all, with consistent treatment I have marked effective and long term effects, so far they seem permanent ( I had terrible memory. )Highly recommend . Been using for months now
