1. The first recumbent bike had to be returned. The left pedal would not thread into the main unit because the threads were damaged (not the pedal threads but the main unit threads). After checking with the vendor and sending him close up pictures he said to return it to Amazon. Repacking was an ordeal. Watching two 78 year-olds struggling to get it in our Honda HRV would have been good comedy to watch. We're talking about 95 pounds in a big box. But once my wife and I got to UPS they took it and returned it. 2. The replacement bike is fantastic. The YouTube assembly video made it easy to assemble. The bike is quiet. Smooth ride. Sturdy construction (we opted for the heavy duty bike). Comfortable seat. Multiple levels of resistance. I get a good cardiovascular workout. The bike is everything I was looking for.

This bike is amazing. My husband and I put it together in about 45 minutes. We took our time, followed the video, the tools were perfect, everything went together as planned. The box was heavy but we took each part out one by one and checked off as we did to be sure nothing was missing. It doesn’t plug in electrically, I didn’t realize that when I ordered it but that’s a great feature too because it doesn’t need to be near an electrical outlet. It’s not too big either, the size is perfect. The seat is comfy, our iPad fits nicely on the panel. The free app is amazing, we love the courses, they keep our interest. It’s only been four days but we don’t regret this decision one bit so far. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this recumbent bike!

I’ve only used it twice & it’s comfortable, silent, not too hard to assemble (I helped my husband do it), and good value. I love how it doesn’t take up a lot of space. I don’t know if my 6’1” husband could comfortably use it but I sure can at 5’3”. I gave it 4 stars because the resistance isn’t as tough all the way up as I thought it might be but it’s good enough since it does get my heart rate up. If you are in amazing shape you may think the resistance could be more but I’m at beginner level again, needing to improve my health & fitness back to where I was. I think I’ll love watching TV while pedaling. Multi-tasking at its finest!

The machine was complete and easy to assemble, except for the resistance cable as it is slightly too short, but we finally got it hooked up. The machine is heavy duty and strong, which surprised me for a China made product. It's easy to use with the adjustable seat and resistance. The resistance levels do make a big difference. I'm using the machine for in home therapy to help me recover physically from a stroke I had last summer. It seems to be doing the job and I consider it to be a great buy for the quality of the machine and the workout I'm needing for my legs. I would recommend it to anyone thinking about buying a recumbent. It's perfect for in home use as it is very quiet. I have mine in the living room so I can watch TV or a movie while using it. We don't have to turn the TV any louder while I'm using it. THANKS Sunny for a great machine !!!!!!! I would buy it again !! You won' be disappointed, I sure wasn't !!!!!

Late at night, the recumbent bike finally arrived via UPS. The UPS driver was grateful for the large note I left on my building’s door with my cell number, allowing him to call me instead of having to return the bike to the warehouse. He offered to help me carry the heavy box up the stairs, but I insisted on handling it myself. It was already 10:30 at night, and I urged him to head home. Kudos to the UPS driver for his kindness and efficiency! I unpacked each item from the box, putting them in a bag and making multiple trips up and down the stairs to bring them into my unit. The motor part, the largest piece, was light enough for me to carry up the steps easily. I definitely got my workout in while carrying the parts up and down the stairs to my unit! :) The next morning, I excitedly checked off each of the bike's parts from the manual’s checklist and was ready to start assembling the recumbent bike. I was pleased to find that all the pieces needed to build the bike were accounted for. Thank you! All the necessary tools were neatly packed and numbered in a sealed packet, ensuring that I had everything I needed to put the bike together. Again, thank you! The recumbent bike is a much better option because it provides support for both my back and my kitty. My feline friend would get irritated when I was bent over and pedaling on a stationary bike. Thank goodness for recumbent bikes! The pedaling is remarkably quiet, which is a relief as I live above someone in my Co-Op unit. I purchased the SuperMats Heavy Duty Equipment Mat 12GS, Made in the USA, from Amazon to prevent any vibrations that could come from pedaling. Thank you once more! The bike’s structural components are constructed from steel, so I am confident that it will last a lifetime! Constructing the recumbent bike by myself was a piece of cake, all thanks to the straightforward and well-written instructions! Thank you, Sunny Health & Fitness and Amazon! :):)

This is a great bike exercise bike at any price and a bargain at its current price. This bike was is sturdy and well-engineered. assembly was was pretty easy but it is helpful to have 2 people so someone can hold the pieces together while assembling. The nuts and bolts come in individual packages labeled with the appropriate assembly step. You even get the tools needed for assembly. The only tricky part is connecting the wires for the display and the tension cable. I was eventually able to complete this step successfully so I assume anyone can as well. The bike is quiet, sturdy, and gives you a hell of a workout with its 8 levels of tension. I bought an exercise bike matt (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QXLZNN9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) with this purchase to protect my hardwood floor from scratches and sweat. There is no water bottle holder but you can easily keep the bottle on the floor. The reasons I settled on this bike are the ease to move the seat back and forth for comfort, the heart rate sensors, and the unbelievably low price. I have used it for 3 workouts already and I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this bike to friends and family. Cons: The buttons on the display often get stuck in the in position but are easily corrected, the seat could use a bit more padding but there are seat pads that can be purchased like the one I just ordered (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B088H9495S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

Was pretty easy to assemble and the quality is up there. The instructions were surprisingly well written, which is very important for something like this. The app is really cool and makes exercise more fun. Worth the money.
