Purchased this item because it is third party tested so I can trust I am getting what is stated in product. Also it includes magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium is needed for D3 absorption (not magnesium oxide). In current day, many people don’t go outside or apply sunscreen. Because of this many aren’t getting enough vitamin D3. Have your doctor test your D3 levels. Also D3 has purportedly helps reduced chances of getting cancer. K2, in the form of Menaquinone or MK7, keep the calcium from collecting in blood vessels and goes to bones instead.

Good product .. works well
My D level was low so my doctor recommended I take D3. My last blood test showed it worked well because my D level is normal now. I take one a day.

My body doesn't seem to like these.. I'm guessing the animal source of the D.. IDK ? Dang good price for the right person !! I take 1 every other day opposite magnesium.. seems to balance out.
