I think those spots will take a long time to fade. In the mean time, I find that this serum does improve the texture of my skin. I apply just a drop at night, and then apply a moisturizer in the morning. I think I did have some flaking and dryness the first couple of times I used it, but that seems to have resolved. I still haven't decided if this is a good value, at 50 mL (about 1.7 oz). I would say it's comparable to some of the better serums I have used, so I would guess it is. Review: Useless Dispenser Bottle - At the present exorbitant price point, I’d expect a much higher quality pump bottle. Either the bottle doesn’t have any product in it, or it just doesn’t work. It’s not safety sealed, other than a small piece of tape on the top, the bottom was not taped and easily opened. From the tiny drop that I was able dispense ( not an easy feat), it doesn’t have any fragrance. I can’t speak to how moisturizing it is, although the drop that I got out felt nice.
