this is a great product for endurance runners Amazon delivered quickly

I used the sachets on Ironman lanzarote because I was unfamiliar with the race nutrition. These worked well - I could cycle, rip one open and empty into a water bottle. Overall as a product I’m a fan of the tailwind and use it for endurance events coupled with clif bars.
