Be sure to remove the protective cap first!
The refil was a good fit for my pen, but the ink was a bit blotchy - at first. It seemed like there was a clump of ink on the nib. However, my husband - whose eyes are obviously better than mine - noticed a little rubber cap on the end of the refill nib, presumably (and logically) put there to prevent ink spill in transit and storage. Once the cap was removed theink flowed perfectly. Cannot comment on longevity yet, but as it currently stands I am happy with my purchase.

Ottime ricariche compatibili per penne Parker. Il refill non inficia per nulla la meccanica dello scatto, alloggiando perfettamente nella sua posizione-spazio. Punta fluida e scorrevole: anche con una pressione leggera il tratto non salta. Ottimo rapporto numero/qualità/prezzo.

Not a consistent flow of ink from the refill
Sometimes the ink comes out a lot (blotches) then suddenly it slows making the tip scratch the paper you're writing on & barely making a pen mark. I guess you get what you pay for.
