Great Product
Good value and product is very easy to use - mixes/dissolves easily. I use it to make my own energy gels using this along with fructose - economical and effective.

Good enough for me
Bought a lot of Nutricost supplements, this included, because of the low or reasonable cost. It's a good reputable brand. So far so good, I have no complaints.

Works as intended. Great consistency, mixes well, no texture aversion. Tastes like nothing but a little sweet in the intra workout drink. Good quantity for the price too!

Carbs without the sweet
Seems fine. Good for loading water when cycling to prevent sweet overload since it's essentially tasteless.

Make your own energy gel
70g of this, 30g sugar, 1/4tsp sea salt and some Gatorade zero powder to taste. Fill to 250ml and mix. 400 calories and 100g carbs. Good for about 10 miles running for me. Easier on my stomach than gels. Easier to drink a little at a time.
